Roberto Justus will be WiBX’s advisor, first Brazilian Cryptocurrency
WiBX, the first Brazilian Cryptocurrency listed in Mercado Bitcoin – Biggest Exchange in Latin America –, Now has the support of presenter and entrepreneur Roberto Justus in its consultative council. Along with him, that is going to be responsible for helping in strategy and relationship with clients, the digital coin also closed partnerships with two investment funds: Treecorp, where Justus is associated with, and Squadra Ventures.
WiBX is a token that can be traded by services and products through the Wiboo platform, and traded by money in the cryptomarket, where, since February, it can be negotiated. These Utility Tokens can be obtained through the company’s platform, that has the presence of a bunch of other partner companies and offer services through this network.
The users that download the app can share, like or suggest brands’ advertisements and earn a bonus that can be traded for other products, services or even money.
Besides Justus and the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), that was already the technological partner of the digital coin, WiBX now has support of Eduardo Terra, president of the Brazilian Society of retail and consume; Cristiano Melle, president of the National Association of Restaurants; Caio Mesquita, president of Acta Holding.
WiBX’s expansion plans
Nowadays, there are more than 160 thousand users registered and the goal is to double that number up until the end of the year. There are on average R$ 1,5 million negotiated, with peaks of R$ 10 million.
To WiBX’s founder and CEO, Pedro Alexandre, the partnership with Squadra Ventures and Treecorp is a reinforcement of the main idea of the brand of delivering “the best digital marketing and relationship solution to the companies with the Blockchain technology. With this support we can expand our participation and provide more advantages in the trade relations between companies and consumers”.
As a newcomer Justus bets that the entrance of the new partners will give to WiBX the potential of amplification in other consumer and retail fronts.
